The website https://zealy.io/ (hereinafter together the “Platform” or “Zealy”) is published by Freyja Labs, a French company having its head office in the 1 Avenue du Champs de Mars CS 30019 45074 Orléans CEDEX 2 and registered at the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Orléans under n°913 157 103 (hereinafter the “Freyja Labs”).
Its goal is to help companies or any Administrator to drive growth and engagement by turning their members into contributors to their communities thanks to different tools such as quest boards, CRM, and analytics.
As such, Freyja Labs offers services for Community Administrators but also for each user who wants to discover and take part in a community.
Both Administrators and Members are referred to hereinafter as “Users”.
The “Services” refers to the services offered by Freyja Labs that can be accessed online on Zealy.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter “ToU”) define the condition according to which Users can access and use the Platform.
This ToU is a contract concluded between each user of the Platform (Administrators or Members) and Freyja Labs (hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties”).
Access to Zealy is conditional upon the respect of these ToU by the User. Thus, by solely navigating the Platform, the User is deemed to have read and understood these ToU.
In addition, as soon as a User creates his account or for each new connection to his account, the User expressly accepts the ToU as indicated by the connection pop-up.
Freyja Labs reserves its right to modify at any time the ToU. When a new version of the ToU is uploaded, Users will have to accept it to resume access to the Service.
